Jeff

Jeff is at Fort Bliss in Texas.

He has been working on his running and ran a 10K in 33 minutes on St. Patrick's Day. He's trying to qualify for a special army team. I'm glad to see that he has a goal and that he's working to reach it.

Please keep Jeff in your prayers that he'll remember the values he was taught and find his way back to them. Also for safety.

All of my children can use prayer, but the older ones all have decisions to make soon, and for one it's more complicated. I can't really share until things are in place. We don't know if things will work out or not. I also have to deal with a situation that has been going on for too long and sometimes it's hard to do what really should have been done earlier. Sorry to be so vague. I'll give more info on the one situation if it works out for the child. There are a lot of changes ahead either way.

Praying... it just gets harder as they get older, doesn't it?!

Thank you all. The plan for one fell through due to his diagnosis and meds : (

My kids are not far behind yours. I love reading what they are doing-- it gives me things to think about. Way to go Jeff!
