This is a first for her. With her special needs, she in not one that is readily chosen, but her teacher felt she put forth a lot of effort in March. She just brought her ribbon home today since the student of the month for April was just chosen.
Congrats Jasmine! That's awesome that the teacher is recognizing the effort and spirit rather than just awarding the smartest kids all the time! She deserves it!
