We did the first craft from The Christian Girl's Guide to Being Your Best. If you are reading through it too, follow us HERE. I'd love to have lots of girls reading through it this summer with us--not just because I wrote it (I really only make about 50 cents a book royalty) but because I really like this book.
Sometimes my girls get along great and other times they can really squabble despite the age difference. But I know they love each other no matter which kind of day it is. Like any other siblings, they can get on each other's nerves one minute and find common ground the next.
Here they are playing Tyler's Wii outdoor challenge.

I ordered our book from amazon about a week and half ago but I can't wait to start when it gets here.
Cool. Is a Wii really all that?
I bought my son a Wii for his 18th birthday. It came with a sports pack--baseball, bowling etc that you play with the controller. My sister bought him the Wii outdoor challenge as an early 19th bd present. It was around $50. It's worth it for the exercise the kids get--we have a half hour a day a person rule. One hour if they are playing in pairs.
Wish I had some girls to do this book with, it looks a lot of fun. I do have a step-grand-daughter, but she lives in California and we only see her during the summer :-( and only sporadically....
