
Jasmine made shake and bake chicken, veggies and rice.


The casserole dish we microwave the rice in broke so we talked about how to clean up glass--carefully pick up the big pieces and put into a paper bag, sweep, wipe with damp paper towel to get all the slivers.

Jessica baked chicken breasts in chicken gravy.



She also made lemon bars. Yum!

Tyler tried a new recipe out of our church cookbook.



Chicken Casserole
3c cooked chicken chopped
10 ¾ oz can cream of chicken soup undiluted
8 oz sour cream
T poppy seeds
1 ½ c crushed ritz crackers
¼ c butter melted
Combine chicken, sour cream and poppy seeds; spoon into a light greased 11x7 baking dish. Combine crushed crackers and butter. Sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes.

Adam went the easy route and made spaghetti and meatballs using canned spaghetti and frozen meatballs. He had it done before I got any pictures of him cooking.
