Introducing Jasmine

Jasmine is my joy and song! I took her home from the hospital at three weeks old as a foster child. She went through several surgeries to correct clefts and other birth anomalies. She is a real trooper. I may have over stimulated her just a bit to ensure she'd have the spunk to survive....

We adopted Jasmine in July 04 and she is doing great. She just finished kindergarten and can really read. She sings beautifully and is in dance, tumbling and gymnastics. She has played three seasons of soccer.

Jasmine is truly a blessing!

We all fell in love with Jasmine from the start!

Introducing Adam

Adam is a kid with a lot of natural talent! He was born in Des Moines. We adopted him at five months old while we were living in South Dakota. He has also lived in England, Georgia and Florida. Adam has an abundance of talent inherited from his birth mom--musical and athletic abilities especially.

Adam is going into 7th grade this year.

Introducing Jeff

We heard about the poverty in Haiti and decided to adopt from there. We had thought we were adopting a new born girl but only a 3 1/2-yr-old boy was available. He came home to us right before his 5th birthday.

I'd love to say that we all lived happily-ever-after but that isn't the case. From the start Jeff has had trouble being part of our family. At this time he is at a Baptist home for troubled youth and we hope that sometime in the future he will be able to come home and function as part of the family.

First day home with us.
