I can take or leave trick or treating. We don't give the holiday any spiritual significance. When I was growing up, it was just a fun holiday and I never trick or treated past 3rd grade--well, except for the year before I got married : ) One last attempt at youth.
Still, we are sticking with church festivals this year for the fact I'd rather the kids have fun than gobs of candy.
