Fall Happenings

Jasmine's class. She is the Mountain Dew can.

Jasmine's class weighed and measured pumpkins. Then they cut them open and counted seeds. The teacher roasted the seeds for them to eat.

I saw that Jasmine had written a poem about the twins. That's sweet that she thought of them. You can click on the picture to enlarge it.

The owner of the last pumpkin didn't decorate it so Jasmine decided to get the seeds and roast them.

Jessica decided to give the pumpkin a face.

We roasted the seeds with butter and salt but they were pretty bland.




So this morning after we roasted the rest we added sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in small amounts.
